Montevideo: city of bookstores and libraries

A walk through the city of libraries and bookstores, learning about the long-standing cultural and educational traditions of Uruguay's capital. The tour includes a stop at one of the most beautiful bookstores on Book Street (Tristan Narvaja). We walk along the city's main avenue and share the history of education, art, and local culture. We end at the panoramic viewpoint to appreciate the city from above. Montevideo, the city once called "the Athens of the Río de la Plata" or the "Switzerland of America."
