Tour description

Haven't you explored San Telmo yet?

Without a doubt, one of the neighborhoods you can't miss!

In this tour, we will take an incredible walk through the most picturesque corners of the city, on a historical journey that will transport you to Colonial Buenos Aires, its architectural styles, customs, and secrets.

We will start at Parque Lezama, bordering the neighborhood of La Boca, exactly situated in the year 1536. We will explore the fascinating history of the founding of Buenos Aires and try to imagine that intercultural encounter with the indigenous peoples.

We will delight in architectural gems like the Russian Orthodox Church with its neo-Byzantine style.

We will move through the 17th and 18th centuries, where we will learn about buildings founded by the Jesuits and the Bethlehemites, such as the Parish of San Pedro González Telmo.
We will walk down the street where the English troops entered at the beginning of the 19th century, and visit iconic buildings like the Ezeiza residence, built at the end of that century.

We will indulge in flavors and aromas at the SAN TELMO MARKET, exploring its tempting gastronomic patio.

We will be able to take charming photos, like the narrowest house in Buenos Aires and a sky of colorful umbrellas.

+BONUS TRACK: If you come on a SUNDAY, we will go through the famous SAN TELMO FAIR.

I will show you El Viejo Almacén, a traditional Tango house, where at night you can enjoy a spectacular show with some of the best artists in our country!

We will end by visiting MAFALDA!
at the border between San Telmo and Montserrat, an area of bars, art, history, food, beer, antiques, and more.

San Telmo will be yours! Enjoy it 😊

We are waiting for you!
