Our tour with Bola in Aswan was fantastic. It’s a great tour to learn about the local culture (egyptian and nubian). Due to low season, Bola was able to customize our tour to our needs and interests. We visited the High dam, went shopping at the local city market in the evening where a lot of the local people shop (not just tourists!) Bola helped us negotiate good prices making our shopping experience pleasant and with minimum hussle from sellers. For our kids the most fun was to go swimming and visit crocodiles in the numbian village. Aswan was both a cultural experience and a relaxing time for us thanks to Bola. If you want Instagram photos, Bola knows them all. We did visit the Philae temple, but in my opinion, it was 1 temple too much after our historical binge of temples in Luxor with an egyptologist. I highly recommend a tour with Bola.
