We really enjoyed walking through beautiful Thessaloniki with Giorgos! He is a great guide and person! He gave us all the important historical and cultural facts about the city but he also managed to convey his love for it. We had interesting, very open talks and a wonderful time with him!

I highly recommend Giorgos' tour! It's very clear that he loves Thessaloniki and he's very generous in sharing his appreciation for the city with the travelers. He showed us around truly authentic places and hidden gems, and even treated us to traditional food. Also, he's very warm and friendly, and he instantly creates a pleasant atmosphere amongst the group. After this tour I feel like I can see Thessaloniki through the eyes of a local!

Giorgos is a lively, warm person with an innate talent for being a guide. He really manages not only to coldly present you some touristic attractions from the outside, but instead during the tour, he makes you take part to the life of this city throughout the ages. I really liked the way he also explains how the life of people of Thessaloniki is like today, and thus he shares valuable insight into how the modern inhabitants have made the rich history of this city a part of their existence. Be prepared for some gastronomical surpises, none of which are normally accessible to the regular tourist. Thank you Giorgos!

The whole experience was great all the way! The path that our guide Giorgos had chosen for us was excellent (who was a super nice and interesting person; I 'll elaborate more following). We saw many different and interesting areas of the city, while we got to hear all about it, the history, the different people and important figures that passed through over the years, the importance of certain places and areas, historically and culturally. We also got great suggestions in the sense of restaurants and place to eat good and as locals, which is really important to have in your vacation, so an extra thank you to Giorgos for making sure that we got extra information on that front as well. Additionally, Giorgos went out of his way and devoted extra time on explaining and showing us a few more places, based on the interest that the younger member of our group showed. And that was really nice to see, despite the fact that we learnt a whole bunch of extra things, the effort and the willingness to go the extra mile, was really nice to see, and we really appreciated that as well. So whoever is hovering to choose a guide and a tour, Giorgos is your guy, hands down!
