Come with me for a stroll down the cobbled streets of Lille, from the train station to the cathedral and more, and delve into the stories of events and people who made Lille what it is today.

Why is the cathedral so divisive ? What the heck is a potjevleesh ? Why was Lille not even French until Louis XIV came along ? And what on earth are those cannonballs doing embedded in the walls of the city ?

Get ready to see the opera, the Beffroi, the cathedral, a really cool bakery, a very old hospital and some really awesome medieval cobblestones !
