Tour description

We invite you to discover the history and legacy of Mendoza through a fascinating tour of its foundational area.

We will start at Plaza Pedro del Castillo, the heart of the colonial city, where you can breathe in the air of its origins. Then, we will explore the imposing ruins of the Church of San Francisco, which was destroyed by the devastating earthquake of 1861.

To conclude, we will visit Plaza San Martín where we will explore the history of this emblematic place, discovering its evolution over time. We will admire the equestrian monument of General San Martín and highlight the presence of the Basilica of San Francisco, an architectural gem filled with history and spirituality.
