Walking Tour: Mendoza, Land of Wines

A walking tour of the city of Mendoza that proposes to discover its identity as the International Wine Capital through history, architecture and the most emblematic urban spaces.

The tour begins in Plaza Independencia, where you'll learn about the origins of winemaking linked to the city's founding. It continues along Avenida Mitre, where you'll explore the city's character, with its irrigation canals and trees, until you reach Plaza San Martín to discover the General's connection to wine. Next, you'll visit the pedestrianized Sarmiento Street and Plaza España, where you'll learn about the wine industry's expansion during the immigration boom. The tour concludes at a winery with a sensory activity involving aroma identification and an optional tasting, accompanied by a guide specializing in wine tourism and wine history. 🍷
