Tour description
🌊🚶♂️ Historical and Coastal Tour in Talcahuano
I invite you to join me in exploring some of the most interesting places in Talcahuano, combining history, landscapes, and local culture.
🏟 We will start with a brief history of the construction of the La Tortuga Coliseum.
⚽ Then we will visit the Monument to the Chilena, which pays tribute to the famous move created by Chilean footballers and known worldwide.
🌊 We will walk along the coast while listening to stories about the great earthquake of February 27, 2010, and its impact on the city.
📸 We will also have time for photographs. We will continue to La Poza de Talcahuano, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the port and the coastal landscape. Here you will have time to try a typical empanada from the area.
🚢 Finally, we will visit the Monitor Huáscar.
🎟 Entrance:
• $3,000 adults (approx. €3)
• $1,000 children and seniors (approx. €1)
(ID card must be presented).
⏱ Approximate duration of the tour: 1 - 1:30 hours.
At the end, we will meet outside the Naval Base, where I will explain what transportation you can use if you wish to visit downtown Concepción or other places of interest.
