Super nice guy! He did the tour only for me as I was the only one showing up.

Lipey was friendly and offered lots of info regarding roppongi. He was kind enough to answer all our questions related to Japanese culture/lifestyles. Unfortunately it was raining but eventually the clouds rose up and we got the full view of the Tokyo tower, which he kindly brought us back to make sure we saw it. He offered many places to eat and which places were better value.

Great time, apart from knowledgable about Roppongi also lots of great Infineon Japanese culture, work ethics, dating and drinking culture! Recommended

A Truly Eye-Opening Experience! I went into this tour expecting a standard walk through Roppongi, but what I got was something far more meaningful. Our guide, Ilya Lipey, was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also brought a personal, genuine touch to everything he shared. Rather than just listing historical facts like an encyclopaedia, he gave us a glimpse into the real life of locals—how people actually live, think, and feel in Tokyo. His personality made the whole experience engaging and memorable. I asked a lot of questions about Japanese culture, customs, and everyday life, and he answered each one with patience, depth, and often humor. It felt more like having a conversation with a local friend than being on a tour. If you're curious about Japan beyond the tourist lens, this is the tour to take. I left with a deeper understanding of the culture and a genuine appreciation for the people. Highly recommended!
