Despite the rainy weather, we greatly enjoyed this tour of Copenhagen and the Carlsberg District. The experience offered a fantastic balance of insights—covering the city’s broader history and development, as well as the significant influence of the Carlsberg brewery and its founders on both the city and society, particularly their progressive stance on workers’ wellbeing. Our guide, Jack, provided an excellent overview throughout. His explanations were clear, engaging, and easy to follow, He was both knowledgeable and entertaining, and he handled every question with confidence and depth. All in all, a highly enjoyable and informative tour that we would definitely recommend—even in less-than-perfect weather!

This was a great way to explore and understand a different area of Copenhagen. Laura utilised her architectural knowledge to add to the tour which was fascinating. Combined with a historic element too, it felt very well rounded and relevant. Would highly recommend.
