Description

I offer a captivating and atmospheric city tour through Bremen's city center.

From the ancient Market Square with the Roland statue, along the famous Böttcherstraße to the River Weser, through the medieval Schnoor quarter to the city fortifications of the Wall, and back through the Old City Gate to the Market Square.

All sights are described in detail with highly interesting stories and in an unforgettable way, in particular the truly unique founding story of the city by an Englishman on the order of an Italian approx. 1300 years ago.

I am a passionate storyteller with many years of experience and an inexhaustible wealth of facts and anecdotes about their hometown.

Duration: 2 hours

Meeting point: Bismarck statue to the left of Bremen Cathedral (opposite entrance to Town Hall)

Tour are in German (11:30) and English (14:00) on selected days (see schedule of availability).

Important: All participants must be able to walk well. Unfortunately, people with mobility restrictions (walkers, wheelchairs, crutches, strollers or prams) cannot participate in the tour.
