We will start Meet at the meeting point at Wat Chiangmun Then, visit , Three Kings Monument, Wat Inthakin, Wat Phar Singh, Wat Phan Tao, Wat Chedi Luang.
If you've been to Chiang Mai and haven't visited these places, your Chiang Mai trip is incomplete.
The tour end at Wat Chedi Luang.

Wir haben mit Faan eine wirklich interessante Tour durch Chiang Mai unternommen und dabei spannende Einblicke in die Kultur, die Tempel und die buddhistischen Traditionen Nordthailands erhalten.
Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Auswahl der Tempel, die uns unterschiedliche Facetten der Religiosität nähergebracht haben. Auch wenn wir nicht immer alles auf Anhieb verstanden haben, konnten wir jederzeit nachfragen. Faan war dabei sehr sympathisch und hat sich Zeit für unsere Fragen genommen.
Ein besonderes Erlebnis war, dass unsere Tour genau auf das Ende der buddhistischen Regenzeit fiel. So konnten wir die Feierlichkeiten mit den Mönchen miterleben und sogar eine Segnung erhalten. Ohne einen Guide hätten wir diese Traditionen sicherlich nicht auf die gleiche Weise kennengelernt.
Genau deshalb schätze ich die Touren über GuruWalk: Man entdeckt nicht nur die Sehenswürdigkeiten einer Stadt, sondern bekommt auch die Möglichkeit, tiefer in ihre Kultur und Geschichte einzutauchen.
