Old San Juan Free Tour: History, Forts & Local Stories

She arrived on time. It has started raining prior to her getting there. She provided umbrellas for the tour. Very knowledgeable, told us all the stories of Old San Juan. It was an easy walk, tour lasted just over 2 hours. She said they keep tours to a small group to provide better service. Would definitely recommend her!

Charlene modified her original itinerary based on the needs of the group. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful the entire time. I had such an amazing experience on this walking tour in San Juan! From start to finish, it completely exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect introduction to the city and easily one of the best walking tour I’ve had!

I have used free walking tours before – they help give me the lay of the land and help me decide where I might want to head back to… this tour did just that. Charlene was patient from the start when we had a little bit of trouble finding the meeting point after leaving the cruise ship so we were about eight minutes late. She was quite knowledgeable about the history and the route we were on and afterwards provided recommendations for places to eat and also photos that she took both of us and of some of the old San Juan sites we might want to have.
