Free Tour Zipaquirá Ancestral - Cundinamarca - Colombia
Experience focused on indigenous roots and the heritage of the grandparents. I will talk about archaeological findings, the myth of the Muisca people, highlighting ancestral history, the cultural significance of the salt landscape, and the traditions that still endure.
We will tour the historic center, passing by the Train Station, the house with the longest balcony in Colombia, the main park, the independence park, Fifth Street - Puente de la Leña, the viewpoint of La Capilla de los Dolores, La Casa de los Virreyes, and other spaces.
We will also see gastronomic establishments where you can purchase and taste signature cakes, specialty coffee, typical Zipaquireño sweets (red caramel), local crafts (crafts made in salt), and interact with the local community.
