The best walking tour I did in Romania I really, really enjoyed this free walking tour of Cluj. In fact, it was probably my favourite tour that I did in Romania. Alexandru was fantastic. He was informative, engaging, and brought the history of Cluj to life with humour and depth. His knowledge of theology, history, and the religious influences that shaped the city made the tour so much more meaningful. I honestly found myself hanging on every word he said. He provided so much context, not just about the buildings and places we visited, but about the people, beliefs, and history behind them. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to understand Cluj as a city, especially its history and religious heritage. Alexandru was absolutely brilliant.
