Free walking tours in Podgorica

Tatjana was EXCELLENT. Before coming on the tour, I thought Podgorica was just another city - but she totally brought the city to life. There were only 3 of us on this tour (she intentionally keeps them smaller so you can get a better and deeper experience). She’s warm, funny, and truly loves what she does. Would absolutely recommend to any visitors!

Hidden places in Podgorica, about architecture, history, religion, the different regions in Montenegro. It was the best! We did the tour at the end of our stay, we recommend to do in etaleur, so you have time to visit the places, bars, restaurants the guru recommend. We have to come back ;-)

We have done several other guided tours at other cities but Vladislav was one of the best tour guides we ever had. He is definitely a professional, informative and has a great humor. He had an answer to all questions and showed us places we would never have found by ourselves. It was a pleasure to spend the tour with him and to end it at a very special place.

We learned a lot about the history of Podgorica and Montenegro, it was very interesting. We also got a little bit of insight in the life of the present day. Our tour guide talked about Podgorica and the country with passion, you could see that he is very proud and that he loves the job. Absolutly would recommend!

Sehr informativ, verständlich und unterhaltsam

Although my hopes were very low with this tour as Podgorica does not have many things to see or visit, Vladislav was amazing. He shares lots of stories about the communist times as well as lots of history about Montenegro. Despite Podgorica not being a very attractive city, the tour was very dynamic and fun. Vladislav was a great entertainer! Thanks so much for the lovely tour!

I was the only person on this tour with Vladislav, but I felt incredibly lucky to have that opportunity! He was insightful and entertaining, answering any and all questions I had regarding Podgorica and Montenegro, providing factual information but also a personal input which really gave this tour an edge. He also provided great food recommendations which meant I had an incredible meal in the city. I had read before that there wasn’t a lot to see or do in Podgorica but Vladislav showed me many hidden gems and incredible sights. His love for the city is obvious!

Great walk with Vlad. Very interesting discussions and not just names and dates. Interaction with group was great and felt very comfortable. At the end showed us some local food and we went back and enjoyed a lovely lunch. Highly recommend it.

If you go to Podgorica you should definitely take a walking tour with Vladislav. The perfect way to get to know the city. Vladislav was really professional and thought us about Podgorica and Montenegros history and culture. We always take walking tours in every city we visit, and normally we have tons of questions. But this time we didn't have as many because Vladislav told us everything we needed and wanted to know. He was well spoken and entertained. We are happy that we chose this tour and really recommend it.

Put your walking shoes on and enjoy a diverse walk with Nicola. You won't see the obvious tourist spots but will be taken on a walk that will show you the past, the after WW2 and into the 60s and 70s plus of developments that transformed Podgorica to a present day vibrant forward moving city that it is becoming. It's a great way to see architecture evolve. Nicola had great rapport with us and handled all questions asked. Do yourself a favour!

If you really want to experience the less obvious in Podgorica then try this walk. Lots of information provided and the route taken you would be very lucky to design it yourself especially given the ubfo we were presented with along the way. Even if you have been here a couple of days and maybe done an introduction walk this won't repeat any thing you have experienced. We were very satisfied!
