Every country and nation has their founding myths and while the tales of King Arthur or Romulus and Remus are famous around the world, who outside of Czechia knows of Libuše, Přemysl and the founding of Prague?
If you want to learn about all the myths on which the modern Czech nation was build, this is the right place. Follow our guide in a pagan costumes inspired by the ages past as they recite all the tales and legends on which we in Czechia grew. We will spend most of our time in the Vyšehrad castle complex where many of these tales take place and you will learn about the castle too.
But we are not going to juts tell the tales as they were. We also ask the question of why are the tales told the way they are and what can they tell us about the original inhabitants of the Vyšehrad castle.
