Description

Discover the highlights and hidden gems of Paris’s Left Bank! Starting at the home of France's most illustrious, passing through the city’s most iconic park and finishing at the immortal cathedral, we’ll encounter every aspect of Parisian life as we tour the south of the city!

I'm your native English-speaking guide Ben! I love this city, because there are treasures to be found in every area of interest: art, architecture, literature, cinema, fashion, history, sport, cuisine, and more!

• We’ll start at the Panthéon, the temple to France’s most illustrious heroes, including Marie Skłodowska-Curie, Victor Hugo, Simone Veil, Voltaire, and Louis Braille!
• Next, my favourite park in the city: the Luxembourg Gardens!
• Marvel at the French Senate, the upper house of national parliament!
• Tour the Saint-Sulpice church, a Baroque masterpiece!
• Take in the Left Bank's most famous street, the Boulevard Saint-Germain!
• Meet the city's famous book-sellers, or bouquinistes, as they ply their wares along the Quai Saint-Michel along the River Seine!
• Relax your mind at the famous Shakespeare and Company bookstore!
• Finally, we’ll finish the tour at the iconic Notre-Dame Cathedral!

I love this city and I'm super excited to have you on my tour – this is the most enthusiastic walking tour in town!
