Essential Boston Free Tour: History, Culture and Local Life
The tour lasts 2 hours
Available in Spanish
Description
Discover Boston in Spanish with Neus, a Spaniard who has been a Bostonian by choice for 18 years. A philologist and teacher for over 20 years, she has turned her passion for teaching, storytelling, and connecting with people into a unique way of showcasing the city she now calls home.
We'll stroll through the Public Garden, Beacon Hill, and the charming Acorn Street before venturing onto the Freedom Trail. Boston Common, the Massachusetts State House, the Granary Burying Ground, Old City Hall, the Old South Meeting House, the Old State House, and Quincy Market will provide the backdrop for discovering the American Revolution, its key figures, anecdotes, and curiosities.
But Boston isn't just history. We'll also talk about Boston today: its neighborhoods, universities, architecture, traditions, culture, and way of life. I want you to feel like you're not just following a guidebook, but strolling through Boston with someone who lives here and enjoys sharing their city with you.
The tour lasts about 2 hours, is on foot and outdoors and can be adapted for people with reduced mobility through alternative routes when necessary.
The tour is in Spanish, but Neus also speaks Portuguese and Catalan fluently and can offer specific clarifications in both languages.
Come and discover the Boston you see in books, but also the Boston you experience every day. History, culture, and local life—not just a visit to Boston, but a true understanding of it.
Guide: Neus
Guiding since 2025¡Hola!
Mis tours combinan historia, cultura, arquitectura, curiosidades y vida local.
Bienvenido a Boston. Bienvenido a Hola Walks.
