Fue una experiencia increíble, nos hizo vivir y sentir la historia de la bellísima ciudad de Coimbra, con oportunidad de ver a los capas negras a lo largo del recorrido, nuestro guia, Fer se empeñó en mantenernos entretenidos y pese al sol no podíamos dejar de escuchar como relataba la historia de una ciudad que muestra lo mucho que vale la pena, nos recomendó lugares para visitar luego de nuestro tour, dónde comer y escuchar fado. Igor was fantastic! He was patient, followed the vibe of the group rather than being super strict on timing (i.e., if we liked something more, we lingered a bit, etc). He was SUPER informative, knowledgeable and I highly recommend his tour!

Roger (El Guia de Coimbra) provided an excellent tour of Coimbra. He was knowledgeable, funny, kind and passionate about the city and the history. I highly recommend taking his tour!

We took several free tours here during our stay in Portugal, but out of all the tour guides, this one was our favorite. First off, we covered so much ground. We saw many interesting historical monuments along with some local places. At the end we visited the botanical gardens and that was a great way to finish the tour. He conveyed only valuable and interesting information while also being entertaining. We have an 11 year old and she enjoyed the tour as well. We loved him!!! 10/10

João was fantastic. We were fortunate that we were the only people on his tour. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable and could not have been more patient with our endless questions always having an informative and interesting answer. He has given us many suggestions for the rest of our stay in Coimbra. We highly recommend Joao for a tour of Coimbra.

Was the only attendee and it was lovely to have my personal guide for coimbra Jose had so many interesting informations and details about everything concerning the city. Since i was alone, he offered multiple times to do small changes to make it more fitting for me which was great Big recommendation!

Manic Roger from Catalonia amused us greatly in old town Coimbra. Obviously a real History buff he clearly enjoys educating his group

We enjoyed our tour with João. He was able to tell us a lot about the history of Coimbra and at the same time give us tips for things to see or to eat or drink. We really learned a lot about Coimbra and Portugal. Definitely recommended if you visit Coimbra!

Roger was absolutely incredible, and I am SO glad that we experienced Coimbra with him as a guide. His storytelling style was impressive, and his obvious love for the city was apparent. He answered every question posed to him, he gave recommendations for restaurants and tourist attractions for ALL of Portugal, and he was accommodating of all individuals on the tour. (It was a hot day, and he made sure that we always had a place to stop in the shade!) I cannot recommend his tours enough.

We had a wonderful tour with Joao. He is so knowledgeable about Coimbra and Portugal history. I learned a lot and enjoyed seeing all the places we visited. I would highly recommend. You must be able to climb some steep hills and steps.

È stato molto disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande ed a fornire consigli per la visita della città.

Joao was an amazing guide. His almost 3 hour tour gave the history of most places in town and you saw all the highlights. Do this tour first and then use as a basis of where you will visit and go inside the next day if you have the time. The best tour I have had so far in Portugal.

João is amazing! So knowledgeable. It’s very clear he loves his city. So glad this was our first experience because we got all sorts of great recommendations from him that made the rest of our stay in Coimbra extra special. Highly recommend the tour!
