You will want to take a guide with you to some of the locations you visit. Sandra is that guide, she is calm in high pressured market situations, knows the locations, cultures and tries her upmost to ensure everything is being enjoyed.
Although you do quite a bit of walking, you do have to take a moto taxi a couple of times. But the tour is excellent.
