The guide was lovely and really sweet, and the group was great. I just wish the tour had covered more of Penang rather than focusing mainly on the Indian quarter. As someone already familiar with South Asian food and culture, it wasn’t particularly new for me, though I enjoyed tasting the different foods and walking around. Overall, I’d give it about 6.5/10.

The tour was amaaaaaaazing, we started with the nyonya cakes, to continúe to a skewers stall where we can taste for the first time the 100 year eggs and bloody clams, but if you are not into them you can choose less "brave" options, after that he took us to little india to try several classic and no so classic dishes to end and the chewy jetty.

This is a must do tour for food lovers. Erina is great tour guide, very knowledgeable about food and the different cultures in Georgetown. She brought us to some great places run by local families and we got to try some tasty food that was totally new to us. I highly recommend.

Our tour with Ashline was fantastic—very enjoyable and informative. She shared lots of interesting insights about the street art and the temples we passed along the way, which made the experience even more engaging. Every food stop was excellent, and the portion sizes were just right. The only exception was the last stop, where the serving was a bit too much—but only because everyone was already very full by then! Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this tour.

We booked a tour. In total we were with 4 people on the tour. We saw 6 places where we tried multiple things. We got some information about the food. In between stops we walked for a bit and got also some information about the city en buildings. Our tourguide was also really nice and if we had questions we could always ask. We really liked it.
