Ich bin Keith, ein pensionierter Anwalt. Bevor ich meine Zulassung als Anwalt erhalten konnte, musste ich 36 Abendessen in einem der Säle der Inns of Court einnehmen. Ich möchte Ihnen die historischen mittelalterlichen und elisabethanischen Säle und Gebäude der Inns of Court zeigen, die ursprünglich von den Tempelrittern bewohnt wurden und in denen seit 700 Jahren Anwälte lebten, lernten und praktizierten. Ich werde auch erklären, warum ich 36 Abendessen einnehmen musste.
Nice to see some areas of London that even as a born and bred Londoner I hadn't seen before. I particularly enjoyed that we were able to go into the Royal Courts of Justice and view the inside of the building as well as go inside a court room and hear a case being handled.
Tour on very a specific topic. But if you go you will get loads of information, personal views and see places you did not know even existed.
Keith was extremely knowledgeable, at times humourus, engaging, patient too, he had to be with a group that occasionally was distracted
We had a wonderful time exploring this area of London which, although we are Londoners, was unknown to us. Keith is a great guide who knows a great deal of history and was able to talk about the English legal system in a very amusing and understandable way.
