I am 26 years old and a true passionate of my city, where I was born and I have been grown up. This interest is supported by my academic background, as long as I have a degree in History and a masters´ degree in Contemporary History, both achieved from the University of Zaragoza. Although my main vocation is being a teacher, I love to juggle that job with my enthusiasm for transmit the richness and the secrets of Zaragoza to everyone who came to discover them.
Zaragoza is a very special place as a result of the mixture of cultures and religions that have left their legacy in the History and the Art of the city for two milleniums.
In this free tour, we will take a walk around the city centre following those tracks, both obviuos and hidden ones.
This mission will take us from the Roman remains, like the Walls or the Theater, until Contemporary age buildings like the Central Market. Between both ages, we find two of the most important jewels of Zaragoza (and both cathedrals): la Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar and La Seo, where we will pay special attention.
As long as not everything in life is History and Art, we are going too throught the tapas zones which also are typical of Zaragoza for completing the visit.

Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
