Tallinn in a Nutshell Donation Based Walking Tour
WHERE WE MEET:
Niguliste 2, right in front of the Tallinn Tourist Information Centre. Look for our guides wearing blue name tags—you’ll spot us easily!
WHERE WE END:
Town Hall Square
DURATION:
2 hours (but we like to keep things relaxed 😊). We never rush, so there’s always time to take photos, ask questions, and truly enjoy the city. Tours may run 10–20 minutes longer - just so you can soak it all in.
ABOUT THE TOUR:
Step into the enchanting streets of Tallinn’s Old Town on our friendly, story-driven walking tour in English. Led by passionate local guides, this experience takes you on a journey through time - from medieval legends to the Soviet era, all the way to modern Estonia.
We skip the boring lists of dates and instead share the stories, myths, and little details that make the city come alive. As we wander through beautiful squares and historic corners, you’ll get a real feel for the culture, history, and everyday life here.
Expect a relaxed, fun, and engaging walk with one of our guides - Jonas, Kadri, Marko, Dominic, Christopher, or Ricardo - who love sharing their city with you. By the end, Tallinn won’t just be a place you visited, but a place you truly experienced.
WHY IS IT A FREE TOUR?
Our tour is donation-based, which means you can join without paying upfront. At the end, you will contribute whatever you feel the experience was worth.
Most guests choose to give between €15 and €50. Your support truly matters - it’s the main source of income for our guides and helps keep these tours running.
