Tour description

Discover Mérida Yucatán in the best way, walking through its charming streets! We invite you to immerse yourself in its fascinating history, explore its secrets and enjoy its rich cultural diversity.

We will start at Casa Montejo , one of the oldest buildings in the city, a symbol of the conquest and founding of Mérida. From there, we will visit the majestic Cathedral of San Ildefonso , the first cathedral built on land in America. A few steps away is the imposing Government Palace , which houses murals that tell the story and struggle of the Mayans.

We will continue to the elegant Gran Hotel , a Porfirian-style building that retains the glamour of the early 20th century. We will enter the green and fresh Hidalgo Garden , an ideal place to relax before visiting the historic Church of Jesus of the Third Order , known for its beautiful baroque altarpieces.

Our tour will also take us to the magnificent Peón Contreras Theater , one of the most important cultural centers in Yucatán, and the Rector's Office of the Autonomous University of Yucatán , a building of great architectural value.

We will end at the picturesque Santa Lucía Park , famous for its traditional serenades and vibrant local life.
