Ahoy there! My name is Václav, and if you can pronounce it, congratulations, you have just passed my friend test! For everyone else, you can call me V, that is until I teach you to read the Czech alphabet. I am a locally licensed tour guide with 6 years of experience, as well as being a native Prazan. Showing new people our beloved Prague is the one thing that gets us out of bed in the morning. Nico is my best friend, colleague, and famed opera singer of Bolivian and Czech descent, who will show you a brilliant city full of wonder, and complete with a few a song or two if you’re lucky! Prague is a magical city, full of history, and unbelievable stories that will make your jaw drop so far that you might need a traumatologist after visiting (some Czech humor). Book today for a chance to see beautiful Prague as we do
On this tour, we will immerse in Prague's darkest period of history, which lasted from September 1938 till May 1945.
Through stories of courage and hope, you will learn about the Holocaust and the fate of Jewish People in Prague.
You will hear about the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich during the operation Anthropoid, the aftermath of which left brave Czech paratroopers fighting for their lives against 700 Nazi soldiers in the church of Cyrill and Methodius.
We will show you the Dancing House where Valentine's Day bombing took place and the dorm where a student, whose story inspired the Velvet Revolution, lived.

This tour is highly recommended! Although it is a hard and sometimes difficult story to hear, it is necessary and quite interesting to know the other side of Prague. Vaclav is a great guide, he knows very well the history of his city and tells it clearly. It is a tour not to be missed, and with Vaclav it will be a great experience!
Very interesting tour. It really showed things that you would normally pass without noticing a delivered the story of Prague during Second World in a very compassionate way. Thank you very much for this experience!
Its a great tour if you want to learn more about the impacts of WW2 in the Czech lands. It is also unique, there are no tours like this one in Prague!
