Tour description

A tour to learn how the inhabitants of Madrid lived during the Spanish civil war.

In a time, not too far away, in which Madrid was a city at war . In which its streets witnessed violent confrontations and lavish military parades; its buildings trembled under the black enemy bombs ; its inhabitants suffered from cold , hunger and fear .

With the enemy troops at the gates , waiting for their opportunity to enter to take the city, the people of Madrid went on with their lives… as best they could.

On this tour you will discover what life was like in Madrid during the war and we will rescue the history of those streets and buildings that were the protagonists of a tragic story back then.
