What are we going to see?

We will start our tour next to the Tourist Office of the Parque del Mar, at the foot of the imposing Cathedral of Mallorca. We will walk between the Parque del Mar and the Gardens of S’Hort del Rei, where we will discover how the city was founded by Romans, designed by Muslims, and immortalized by Christians after the conquest of King Jaume I. This conquering spirit will accompany us throughout the tour.

From there, we will circle the walls of the Royal Palace of Almudaina, a symbol of power on the island for centuries. We will contemplate the grandeur of the Cathedral from different angles and ascend towards the walls and the Episcopal Palace, where we will talk about legends, secrets, and curiosities of medieval Palma.

Next, we will delve into historic streets that hide authentic architectural treasures, discovering ancient manor houses, mysterious symbols, and the Mediterranean essence that characterizes the city. We will reach the Plaza de Cort, the kilometer 0 of Mallorca, presided over by its centenary olive tree and institutional buildings of great artistic value.

Our walk will continue towards the Plaza Mayor, the social heart and key point of markets, shows, and urban life. Then we will walk along the popular San Miguel street, one of the oldest and most vibrant in Palma, where we will talk about traditions, historical commerce, and religious heritage.

Finally, we will reach the Plaza España, the nerve center of the city and the perfect place to say goodbye, with gastronomic and cultural recommendations to continue enjoying Palma on your own.
