Free Tour Berlin and the history of the automobile
Tour description
Germany invented the car: can you imagine discovering Berlin through the history of the automobile? This tour is unique in the German capital, and the best part is that you don't need to be a car enthusiast to enjoy it.
We begin our tour at the site where the patent for the first automobile in history was issued, just meters from where, many years later, Germany's first traffic light was installed, which we will visit. There, we will discuss the origins of the automobile.
Next, we'll look to the future: we'll review new forms of mobility and how China is currently the biggest challenge for German automakers. You'll get in a car and see for yourself.
Finally, an old tram workshop where some of the finest classic cars of all time are stored. A truly irresistible place. The tour ends there, in the Moabit neighborhood.
IMPORTANT:
-The tour is in Spanish
-A daily transport ticket for zone AB is required (we get around on foot and by train).
-There must be a minimum of 6 participants to carry out the tour.
If you're interested in cars and transportation, or are simply curious, you can't miss this tour. It's unique in Berlin!
