Tour description

Hey, do you feel like traveling back in time ?

2,000 years ago, on the banks of the Ebro, Zaragoza was born, an ancient city and through its streets and monuments, we will discover stories , anecdotes and characters often unknown even to the people of Zaragoza .

If you choose us, you'll walk through the most charming streets of one of the largest protected historic centers in Spain accompanied by two locals (and official tourist guides).
The best way to discover Zaragoza, in a pleasant and friendly way!

The journey begins:

  • Next to the fountain in Plaza San Pedro Nolasco , the Roman city is just a short walk away; we'll go to the Roman Theatre of Caesaraugusta, a silent witness to all the eras of this city.

  • Do you know what the Aragonese Mudejar style (a World Heritage Site) has to do with Zaragoza's Muslim past? We'll tell you about it at the Cathedral of El Salvador and the Magdalena Tower.

  • Between cathedrals, we will cross the most Renaissance area where we will see the Royal Masterpiece, the Argillo Palace and the Exchange. Two examples of the more than 200 palaces that this city once had!

  • And we arrived at El Pilar, a vast plaza and a vast basilica that would be hard to navigate due to its size and the wealth of heritage and history it hides. The place where Roman and modern Zaragoza meet.

  • We will end the tour in modernist Zaragoza, visiting its most famous market, the Juan de Lanuza or Central.

This tour is perfect for both Zaragoza residents who want to discover more of their city and tourists who want to make the most of their trip.
