to begin this incredible adventure through the Cinta Costera, Seafood Market and Casco Viejo de Panama, which is a charming cobblestone street in the Old Town. With a history dating back to 1673 and filled with splendid colonial architecture, this UNESCO World Heritage site is today one of the liveliest districts of Panama City. There are local and indigenous arts and crafts in the Old Town.

We will meet at the oldest cafe in all of Panama, which is located on 12th Street known as; Coca Cola Coffee exactly outside the establishment.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
