Explore The Local Market - Learn To Cook A Traditional Vietnamese Meal

As a citizen of this city, I want to introduce to you the city in my eyes, the places I like the most and the activities I often do every weekend. You will see how beautiful the place I live is different from other parts of Saigon and learning to cook  a traditional Vietnamese meal :

We will explore together:

• We will meet at  Ben Thanh Market continue walking towards Ben Thanh Station (Ga Bến Thành) - beside Ben Thanh Market. (MRT ticket for 6.000 VND/person).
• Stop at Thao Dien station in ditrict 2, visit Đo Đạc Market and buy ingredients for cooking .
• From the  Đo Đạc Market walking to my apartment in district 2. 
• Starting cooking and enjoy foods. I will teach you a traditional Vietnamese meal with some dishes :
   - Braised pork with pepper, stir-fried water spinach, and winter melon soup with shrimp.
  - Boiled pork, sour shrimp soup, and fried tofu with lemongrass.
  - Spring rolls, fresh lettuce, and mustard greens soup with shrimp.
  - Fried chicken wings with fish sauce, boiled vegetables (carrot, green beans, gourd), and caramelized fish sauce dip (kho quẹt). 
  
  (Because of limited time, I can't teach all of these dishes, so please choose 1 of 3 meals above dish that you like, I will teach you meal.) 
  
  
• After finished the meal take a bus back to Binh An Wharf, catch a water bus and see Saigon from a completely different angle. (water bus ticket for 15.000 VND/person).
