Tour description

Together we will travel through the charming Old Town of Tbilisi.

Located high above the city stands the imposing Mother of Georgia Monument, a symbol of hospitality and strength for the Georgian people, which we will admire during our tour.

During our excursion, we'll also have the delicious opportunity to savor ice cream with wine, a tantalizing fusion of unique flavors. We'll also stop at a local bakery where you can try freshly baked khachapuri, a classic of Georgian cuisine.

Our tour will continue with a visit to two historic churches, where we'll discover the deep Christian tradition that has shaped Georgia's identity for centuries. We'll also learn about the Tamada , the toastmaster in Georgian culture and a symbol of hospitality and conviviality.

The experience will be enriched with a stop at the charming Gabriadze Puppet Theater, an artistic icon that reflects the creativity and spirit of Tbilisi. Finally, we'll visit the place where Joseph Stalin exchanged wedding vows, a place steeped in history.

You will meet your tour guide at the Berikaoba Monument (17 Ioane Shavteli Street). The Berikaoba Monument is located next to the Ambassadori Hotel, on the Baratashvili Street side. Please note that if you arrive late, you may not be able to join the tour. We do not allow bookings of more than 6 people at a time (even if booked separately). In this case, the booking will be canceled. If there are more than 6 people, please contact us. The tour guide receives tips at the end of the tour. If a customer needs to leave the tour early, they must pay the guide before leaving. Photography is not permitted inside churches. Dress codes are mandatory inside churches. The cable car fare is not included (2.5 GEL per person). The bakery fare is not included (approx. 2 euros per person).
