🤔 Tonle Sap is a 'Fresh River' or commonly translated as 'Great Lake') is a lake in the northwest of Cambodia. Belonging to the Mekong River system, Tonle Sap is the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia and one of the most diverse and productive ecosystems in the world. It was designated as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1997 due to its high biodiversity.

🔸🔸🔸Free floating tours , we’re going to visit the Kompong Phluk .
Kompong Phluk is the community largely depends on fishing for survival, primarily shrimp, spending Cambodia's wet season (May–December) fishing.
During the dry season as the river thins due to receding water, many turn to farming to supplement their income. Tourism, which started in the village approximately 16 years ago, is also a growing part of the local economy.

The commune has about 900 families with a total population about 4000 people.
It also was the big naval battle between Khmer Kingdom and Enemy of Champa in late 12th century.
