Walking in the soul of India
Tour description
Hi! I’m Raam — your guide, your friend, and quite possibly your chai buddy by the end of this tour!
This walk isn’t about checking off monuments… it’s about feeling India — the spirit, the silence, the stories.
Meeting Point:
We’ll kick things off at Patel Chowk Metro Station, Gate No. 3 at 10:00 AM sharp.
I’ll be waiting for you there — holding a black umbrella and wearing a blue lanyard with my guide license, so I’ll be easy to spot (like a friendly Delhi peacock... but with less dancing).
Our Spiritual Route Includes:
•Bangla Sahib Gurudwara (Sikh, Punjabi religion) – Where community, kindness, and free food come together in harmony. Don't be surprised if this becomes your favorite spot.
•ISKCON Temple (Krishna Temple) (Hinduism) – Dive into the world of devotion, chants, and colorful spiritual exhibits.
•Lotus Temple (Bahá’í Faith) – A place that welcomes everyone. Sit in silence and just be — no Wi-Fi, but 100% soul connection.
•Jama Masjid (Islam) – One of the largest mosques in India. Time slows down here, and the spiritual energy truly speaks.
🔍 A Few Important Notes:
1. We’ll be walking, but also hopping on the Delhi Metro.
You can either:
Buy your own metro card to skip the line and save the time.
Or I can provide one for you. Just return it after the tour and pay ₹100 for the rides.
2. Only Jama Masjid has an entrance fee for foreigners:
₹400 per person
₹50 extra for femail body-covering clothes compalsary.
3. Dress code alert!
Please wear full clothes (no shorts, crop tops, or sleeveless).
Scarves are helpful.
Temples require modesty — or they’ll rent you fashionably questionable cover-ups at a cost.
This tour is for curious minds and open hearts.
You don’t have to be religious — just ready to explore, connect, and maybe even discover something deeper.
Oh, and yes — there will be laughs, stories, and probably chai too.
India has a big soul, and I can’t wait to share a piece of it with you.
