I have my own business helping people overcome social anxiety and have really enjoyed running walking tours in Birmingham over the past year as a fun side gig :) I always do walking tours when travelling myself and appreciate the history, learning about architecture, culture and taking in the City and enjoy delivering this as a guide! Outside of this I am into health and fitness, drinking coffee and enjoying life.

Tour description

Tour:

Join me for a fun, relaxed walk through Birmingham's city centre where history, culture, and local life come together!
I'm a friendly local guide who loves bringing Birmingham's stories to life - from its industrial roots to the creative energy that shapes it today.
This isn't a lecture or history class - it's a light, engaging journey full of conversation, local tips, and stories that you won't find on plaques or brochures.
Whether you're a traveller passing through, a new arrival, or just curious to explore, you'll feel right at home as we walk, chat, and discover Birmingham together.

What we'll see:

We'll start in Cathedral Square (Pigeon Park), where I'll share  fascinating facts about Birmingham's history and introduce the beautiful St Philip's Cathedral before covering:

  • Victoria Square - the heart of the city, full of stunning architecture and great stories.
  • Centenary Square - where old meets new, surrounded by modern landmarks like the Library of Birmingham
  • Black Sabbath Bridge - a must-see for music lovers and a fun stop with local flavour
  • Gas Street Basin - a famous canal junction in a city housing more miles of canals that Venice
  • Finally, we'll finish with a skyline view from the top of the Cube.

Along the way, I'll share insider tips on what to eat, where to go, and hidden gems to explore after the tour.
