An Italian captivated by the beauty of Seville. And eager to share it (how lucky to be a guide!). The beauty of the monuments and landscapes, of course, but also the charm of the people and their traditions. I'll make sure you, too, can feel the warmth of this city and its atmosphere!

Tour description

If you're a tourist who doesn't just want to stroll around, but truly experience a city, this tour is for you!

Seville stands out for the beauty of its monuments, its colors, but above all, its rich traditions! The city's Holy Week is the largest celebration in the Christian world, but if you think it's just a religious affair, you're wrong: there's much more.

Easter rites permeate the life and customs of the city 365 days a year (and 366 in leap years), and on this tour we'll see how the building facades, the crafts, the city calendar, the plazas, the architecture of churches, the appearance of balconies, and everyday life in Seville reflect the essence of this supreme tradition. To do so, we'll also visit several historic sites that I'll tell you about, such as:

- the church of Santa Caterina
- the church of San Pietro
- the Plaza de San Francisco
- the Cathedral
- the Postigo arch
- the collegiate church of El Salvador
- the banks of the Guadalquivir.

(Possible entry into some churches during the visit depending on the days and times)

Want a different kind of visit, one that showcases the people, not just the places? This is it! It'll also be an opportunity to stroll through less touristy spots, more intimately connected to the locals.

Meeting point: Calle San Juan de la Palma (square next to the church of San Juan de la Palma)
Arrival point: Paseo de Colón (riverside), near the Teatro de la Maestranza
Duration: approximately 2 hours
