Tour description
We delve into the majestic pre-Hispanic city of Teotihuacan through its archaeology, architecture, and historical symbolism. During this guided tour, you will learn about the main ceremonial complexes, murals, and plazas that shaped one of the most important civilizations in Mesoamerica.
We will start in the northern part of the city, exploring ancient palaces and residential spaces, then proceed to the Plaza of the Moon, where we will analyze its urban layout and ceremonial function. We will walk along the Avenue of the Dead, observing murals and emblematic structures, until we finish at the Pyramid of the Sun, understanding its religious, political, and social significance.
At each point, the historical and archaeological context will be explained, offering an educational, dynamic, and enriching experience to understand the splendor of Teotihuacan at its peak.
