This is the first walking tour I have ever been on and it was excellent. David is an excellent tour guide and it is evident from his passion and stories that his is not only extremely knowledgeable about his country but loves it immensely. I learnt so much about El Salvador and San Salvador and had questions answered that I didn't even ask. I highly recommend this tour and especially recommend David.

It was a well tempoed tour and we visited a number of significant places in the centre. Tasting the local drink and empanada was interesting too. Isaac was a nice blend of casual and knowledgeable

Dave was an amazing tour guide. Informative, knowledgeable and hilarious. He took us through the history of El Salvador perfectly, bringing us right up to today. Dave provides an invaluable insight into San Salvador and I would recommend to anyone in San Salvador to take this tour.

Dave has a wealth of knowledge about the country and city. He is entertaining, expressive and extremely enthusiastic. His love for his country really shows and time flew by quickly. He was accommodating (as were others in my group) when my Uber driver failed to show after 30 minutes, causing me to run late in meeting the group. A definite must do tour when visiting San Salvador.

Dave was absolute brilliant! He went above and beyond what we expected, providing us with so much information about El Salvador and the city. It was great to really see so many different parts of the city, compare, and get recommendations. Dave’s passion really shown through, everything he said was so interesting, engaging and entertaining. Really recommend this tour - we’ve done plenty around Latin America and this has to be one of our top ones we’ve been on!

Josue was a fantastic tour guide! He had a well planned route that was the perfect amount of time (approximately 2 hours). It was very interesting to learn about the history of San Salvador from the indigenous people to the civil war to recent gang activity to the new President. Josue did a great job explaining how much safer the country has become in a short amount of time.The highlight of the tour was (surprisingly) the library where kids and adult were excited to spend time learning in this modern building. I’d recommend this to anyone visiting the city for the first time! Josue also gave me a restaurant recommendation try iguana meat - I can’t wait to try it!

This tour is fantastic! Sometimes tours can feel long or boring but Dave did a great job at giving us very interesting information and keeping it fun. He took us all over the city and gave us a great sense of the history and current culture. I recommend this tour to anyone looking for a detailed but fun tour of San Salvador! Thank you Dave!

My family and I enjoyed this tour and learned a lot about the history of El Salvador. I picked this tour because it includes visits inside sites such as the Cathedral and El Rosario church (not just looking at them from the outside which is the case for many other tours). Our guide Isaac provided a lot of detailed information and showed pictures to explain El Salvador’s history. I recommend this tour!

This was an amazing tour and very informative. We finished the tour with more knowledge and appreciation for the country, as well as the beautiful growing city. Dave was an engaging guide and our time walking through the rough the city flew by. Highly recommend this tour.

It was a great tour! Eventhough it rained, Dave was there with all his enthusiasm! We found dry spots to stand and kept walking when the rain stopped. In the end our tour took a bit longer, but Dave didn’t mind. He knows a lot about El Salvador and the new president!

Great tour! I highly recommend going with Dave to get the full vision on the country's political history and its prospects on where it is going in the future. You see the country from a different lens after being provided this vital information.

My friend and I were the only ones on the tour which we enjoyed. Our tour guide Isaac was great; extremely knowledgeable on the area and its history and was happy to receive and answer any questions we had. He also provided a great insight to what it has been like as a local growing up here and how the city and country has changed during that time. He also showed us some great local food we hadn’t heard of and gave some great recommendations for other things to do in the area, as well as a contact in the next city we are visiting. Overall really happy with the experience.

Amazing! Loved the tour guides and didn’t get too much information. Kept it enjoyable and entertaining.

We had a great tour with Josue! It lasts about 2 hours. We learned a lot about the past and present of the country and the city. We were able to ask many questions at any time, which Josue always answered very well. Very friendly and highly recommended!

Isaac and Carlos were great! The tour was very informative and they were very accommodating, hospitable and respectful. Learned a lot about the history of San Salvador. Would book with them again :)
