Discover Mexico City taco by taco on this Free Taco Tour through the Historic Center of CDMX, designed for those who want to eat and understand tacos like the locals do.
On this gastronomic tour, we will walk through the historical heart of the city to visit traditional taquerias where some of Mexico's most representative tacos are prepared.
During the tour, you will have the option to try different regional styles of tacos, such as:
- Michoacán-style carnitas, crispy and full of flavor
- Cochinita pibil, a legacy of Yucatecan cuisine
- Toluca chorizo, intense and spicy
- Tacos al pastor, one of the great icons of CDMX
At each stop, we will talk about the origin of the taco, its historical evolution, and how different regions of Mexico have contributed flavors, techniques, and traditions that today coexist in a single city.
