I ended up joining the German tour instead, as there weren’t enough people booked for the English tour. The Scandic Tours manager convinced me to give it a try, although I was initially a little reluctant. In the end, it turned out to be a wonderful experience!
Jackie, our tour guide, kindly switched between German and English whenever I had trouble understanding something. The group was small, which created a lovely and friendly atmosphere. Jackie was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. She also made the tour engaging by asking questions that sparked our curiosity, while sharing plenty of fascinating information along the way. We all came to appreciate Gaudí’s genius even more after the tour.
