Richard was fantastic in every way. Good pre-tour communication (there were possible weather issues and he had a public transport challenge the morning of our tour), very organized and full of information, personable, took us to great viewing spots. There were a few times where it was hard to hear all of the information, but that’s to be expected in large crowds. Would definitely recommend Richard’s tour!
