Thomas is knowledgeable, entertaining and very participant-focused. He exuded passion and reconized the wide variety of ages and nationalities, talking with individuals while staying in touch with the group at all times. Thomas offered contests with latitude on questions - making everyone feel included . We have been on numerous GuruWalks and consider this as one of the best!

From the moment we met Joanna, we knew we were in great hands. She’s one of those rare guides who’s not just professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely passionate about what she does and it shows in every word and smile. Her English is excellent, and the way she told stories from ancient ruins to modern life in Durrës kept us engaged the whole time. She showed us so many sides of the city that we never would’ve discovered on our own. You could feel how much she loves her hometown.
