Sami was funny and personable with a good mix of historical and quirky information. Really enjoyable tour.

Nice walk off beaten track

Sami proved to be a very entertaining guide, sharing antidotal stories which brought the tour to life. He showed us a different part of Bergen which I would never have visited. I would recommend Sami as a guide.

We hoped to orient ourselves on our first visit to Bergen, Anna did all we hoped for & was a great host..what a lovely person to meet and start our trip with..

In response to did we make our tour yes our party of four did but sadly not our guru. Kjetil emailed he had a scheduling issue and could we rearrange to the afternoon. I said unfortunately not as we'd planned our day. Kjetil said he had a solution and to meet as planned at 9am . Sadly that wasn't to be! No Kjetil. When he finally responded to my messages he said he had sent a representative, if he did they didn't make themselves known to us. After waiting until after our meet time of 9am we had to make alternative arrangements.

Sami was a brilliant guide, very funny and full of good information. Would recommend this tour and Sami as a guide. Just be sure to wear good shoes and coats as Bergen is hilly and can be cold

Lots of interesting information. Also very understanding and accommodating for one of the members in our group that could not walk too quick. I recommend doing this tour.

Besides bringing us to the usual, Sami introduced places that we can eat coz our tour ended around lunch. Wonderful to hve one that is so thoughtful.

Great tour. Not too long. Good overview of bergen. Best to start with it and then use the recommendations to complete the rest of your trip.

Sami was a fun tour guide. It was exactly as advertised a sprinkling of history. If you want more historical facts this is not the tour. That being said Sami was engaging , interesting and walked us through some beautiful parts of Bergen. I would have liked more info and time spend in Bryggen but the tour ends there so you can cover the area yourself after tour

Sami was a fantastic tour guide! He was hilarious and kept the whole group entertained throughout the walk. What made the tour really special was how he shared so many fun facts, trivia, and little details about Norwegian culture that you wouldn’t easily learn elsewhere. His knowledge and enthusiasm really showed depth, and he pointed out interesting things around the city that most people would probably miss. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience on the guided tour in Bergen. Our guide was fantastic, very funny, engaging, and clearly passionate about the city. He shared fascinating stories, local traditions, and even some “secret” spots and facts about Bergen that you wouldn’t easily discover on your own. The tour was not only informative but also really enjoyable thanks to his sense of humor and the way he explained the history and culture of the city. He also helped us with useful tips about places to visit, food to try, and how to explore Bergen better during our stay. Overall, it was a perfect introduction to the city and I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bergen. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
