Free walking tours in Bergen

From the moment we started at the rotunda , Sami had us encaptured with his jovial but very informative talk. We were not rushed and he even had us giggle with some of his antics. The talk and walk was lighthearted, easy paced and fun. Would recommend Sami for any age group. Well done and keep up your professional way.

Gracias Sami!

Sami was very knowledgeable about Bergen, Norway and Norwegians. He made many funny jokes yet stuck to facts and historical dates and adapted well to the group's pace. He made local recommendations about restaurants and cafes and would surely book a tour with him again.

We were dubious about the tour being 2.5 hours and actually the tour went on for slightly longer than that but we weren't bored for a second. Sami was really informative, friendly, chatty and fun. We learned a lot. We had already attended a tour in Oslo and another of the Fjords and we still learned lots with Sami. Lots of tips too, do this on your first day if you can so that you can use those tips for the rest of your trip.

The tour was amazing! Our guide mixed a perfect amount os history with anthropology, jokes and his own experience living in Norway. Don't know when we managed to do a full walk around the city, got a lot of tips about where to go, what to do, where to eat. We used a few recommendations after the tour and we were 100% satisfied. The tour was in English and as the guide really tries to tell you a lot of stories, sometimes it was a little difficult to fully understand everything, but it's just everything was extremely interesting and me and my partner didn't want to loose anything! Highly highly recommend the tour!
