Hallo, mein Name ist Marco De Simone. Ich bin seit jeher in der Gastronomie und im Tourismus tätig. Ich habe das staatliche Hotelfachinstitut Ippolito Cavalcanti in Neapel besucht und meine Fähigkeiten über die Jahre in der Hotellerie und der Schiffsverpflegung weiterentwickelt. Ich hatte das Glück, viel zu reisen. Ich lebte in den Vereinigten Staaten, wo ich studierte und fließend Englisch und Spanisch lernte. Meine Fähigkeit zu kommunizieren, noch bevor ich zuhöre und andere beobachte, hat mir Respekt und Anerkennung eingebracht – sei es von Kunden, Kollegen oder Freunden. Ich bin sicher, wir werden viel Spaß auf der Tour haben und Orte entdecken, die als Tempel der neapolitanischen Gastronomie gelten. Wir werden Rezepte kennenlernen, die seit Generationen weitergegeben werden, wie zum Beispiel das Originalrezept für Pizza Margherita, die seit 2017 zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehört, und andere historische Rezepte aus der traditionellen Hausmannskost. Dazu gehören auch die dazugehörigen Fakten, Anekdoten und Legenden, die seit jeher erzählt werden.
