Marco'S Esperience Naples

Hello, my name is Marco De Simone. I've always worked in the food and wine and tourism sectors. I attended the Ippolito Cavalcanti State Hotel Institute in Naples. I developed my skills over the years working in the hotel and naval catering industry. I was fortunate enough to travel extensively. I lived in the United States, where I studied and learned English and Spanish, which I speak fluently. Knowing how to communicate, even before listening and observing others, has allowed me to gain respect and recognition from others, be they customers, colleagues, or friends. I'm sure we'll have fun during the tour, discovering places considered temples of Neapolitan gastronomy, discovering recipes that have been passed down through the generations, such as the original recipe for Pizza Margherita, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2017, and other historic recipes from the home cooking tradition, along with the related facts, anecdotes, and legends that have always been associated with them.
