Ich verfüge über mehr als 15 Jahre Erfahrung in der Gastronomie. Ich habe meine Ausbildung am INTECI absolviert, Kurse am Le Cordon Bleu Peru und USIL besucht und studiere derzeit Tourismus am ISIL. Außerdem bin ich assoziiertes Mitglied der World Food Travel Association (WFTA). Ich habe in exklusiven Restaurants mit Chefköchen wie Israel Laura, Jaime Pesaque, Arlette Eulert und Coque Ossio gearbeitet und war auch an unabhängigen Projekten beteiligt, bei denen ich verschiedene Formen der Küche und Gastfreundschaft erkunden konnte. Ich habe diese Erfahrung geschaffen, um mehr als nur Aromen zu teilen: Ich möchte, dass Sie die Seele Limas durch seine kreolische Küche, seine Menschen und seine lebendige Erinnerung entdecken. Ich führe keine Touristen; ich begleite Menschen bei ihrem Besuch in Lima. Jede Tour ist einzigartig, intim und auf die Gruppe zugeschnitten. Hice un walking tour por Lima con el guía Víctor Hugo y fue una experiencia realmente destacada. Durante 4 horas logró combinar de manera muy natural la gastronomía, la historia y la cultura popular de la ciudad, lo que hizo que el recorrido fuera dinámico y enriquecedor en todo momento. Lo que más resalta es su capacidad para contar historias: no se limita a datos históricos, sino que conecta cada lugar con anécdotas, contexto social y tradiciones locales. Además, las paradas gastronómicas estuvieron muy bien elegidas, permitiendo probar sabores auténticos mientras entendías su origen y relevancia cultural. El ritmo del tour fue muy ameno, sin sentirse pesado en ningún momento y Víctor Hugo supo mantenernos siempre muy interesado. Fue una experiencia bonita, cercana y bien estructurada, ideal tanto para quienes visitan Lima por primera vez como para quienes quieren conocerla desde una perspectiva más profunda y local. Totalmente recomendable si buscas algo más que un tour tradicional. Si hubiera una escala de calificación del 1 al 100, yo le pondría 200 aparte es un tipazo

We had a great time with Victor. He showed us a lot of places and we tried a lot of different dishes. It is obvious that he loves to show foreigners his city and also that he loves history. We lerned so much about the history and the important people of Peru and Lima. It was like a walk with a friend who shows you his city. We enjoyed the walk and fully recommend it to everyone who wants to get real view of the city.
