Ich verfüge über mehr als 15 Jahre Erfahrung in der Gastronomie. Ich habe meine Ausbildung am INTECI absolviert, Kurse am Le Cordon Bleu Peru und USIL besucht und studiere derzeit Tourismus am ISIL. Außerdem bin ich assoziiertes Mitglied der World Food Travel Association (WFTA). Ich habe in exklusiven Restaurants mit Chefköchen wie Israel Laura, Jaime Pesaque, Arlette Eulert und Coque Ossio gearbeitet und war auch an unabhängigen Projekten beteiligt, bei denen ich verschiedene Formen der Küche und Gastfreundschaft erkunden konnte. Ich habe diese Erfahrung geschaffen, um mehr als nur Aromen zu teilen: Ich möchte, dass Sie die Seele Limas durch seine kreolische Küche, seine Menschen und seine lebendige Erinnerung entdecken. Ich führe keine Touristen; ich begleite Menschen bei ihrem Besuch in Lima. Jede Tour ist einzigartig, intim und auf die Gruppe zugeschnitten. Wir spazieren gemeinsam durch das Herz der Stadt der Könige, um ihre Geschichte, ihre Identität und ihre Kontraste zu genießen.

Victor Hugo fue un guía excepcional, nos compartió su profundo conocimiento gastronómico e histórico de Lima y sus raíces. Supo llevar muy bien el grupo, tanto que se sintió más como una charla de amigos que como un tour. Mil gracias!!!
Victor Hugo es un genio! La ruta fue espectacular, súper entretenido, se extendió por más de 4 hs nos enseñó recetas , nos llevó a lugares clásicos, café, churros , anticuchos y pisco sour . Es increíble compartir cosas y hablar de cocina con personas tan cálidas y sensibles. Super recomendable. Un 10

The guide was very enthusiastic and showed a lot of things. For me it was a bit overwhelming though because I was the only one in the group and the tour took about 5 hours, in which the guide constantly kept talking and giving information to me. At some point I couldn’t absorb any more and I was just a bit tired. Also I expected the tour to be more food oriented than it turned out to be. We visited a couple of places but I don’t have the feeling I can grasp the food culture of Lima now.
