I have over 15 years of experience in gastronomy. I trained at INTECI, took courses at Le Cordon Bleu Peru and USIL, and am currently studying tourism at ISIL. I am also an associate member of the World Food Travel Association (WFTA). I have worked in signature restaurants with chefs such as Israel Laura, Jaime Pesaque, Arlette Eulert, Coque Ossio, among others, as well as on independent projects that have allowed me to explore diverse forms of cuisine and hospitality. I created this experience to share more than just flavors: I want you to discover the soul of Lima through its Creole cuisine, its people, and its living memory. I don't guide tourists; I accompany people on their visit to Lima. Each tour is unique, intimate, and tailored to the group. We walk together through the heart of the City of Kings to savor its history, its identity, and its contrasts.

We had a great time with Victor. He showed us a lot of places and we tried a lot of different dishes. It is obvious that he loves to show foreigners his city and also that he loves history. We lerned so much about the history and the important people of Peru and Lima. It was like a walk with a friend who shows you his city. We enjoyed the walk and fully recommend it to everyone who wants to get real view of the city.
